Points to note when buying from us

Minimum Age and Regulatory Policy: As flagged up by our pop up message, in compliance with Singapore law and regulations, we are unable to sell wine to persons aged 18 or under. By putting in an order, you are confirming to us that you are above 18 years old and consent to providing proof of age should we ask for it. Furthermore, all wine sold is to be collected by, or delivered to, you within normal business hours and you confirm your understanding that we are unable to provide a venue for the consumption of the wines we sell.
Returns and Refund Policy: Whilst we take great pride in making sure our wines are of the best quality and professionally stored, as a wine lover you would know that mature fine wine is typically sold at buyer's risk. We thank you for your kind understanding that we cannot provide any exchange or refunds for bottles sold (excluding situations at the point of delivery where we delivered the wrong item, the wrong quantity or there is substantial damage to the label or the wine bottle) . We would however welcome feedback from yourselves if any bottle is unsatisfactory so we can take note and follow up with the relevant merchant and winery. As a side note, where this causes you substantial concern, we would advise against purchasing certain wines which typically have a higher risk in this respect and can provide further advice if needed.
Collection and Deliveries: General information on collection and deliveries can be found in the FAQ section. Do note that title to the wines will only pass to you on delivery if you have made full payment for them as we do not sell wines on credit.

Sales Policy: Please note that whilst we endeavour to ensure the wines offered and their availability and price are accurate and up to date, this is subject to change and whilst stocks last. Sales are only confirmed when you have received the relevant invoice from us and made full payment for the wines by the due date for payment listed on the invoice. We reserve the right to cancel invoices and the associated order prior to payment being made.
